Question 1

How do I book a service with Blik?

Accepted Answer

Browse planned services on bliknow.com. In the Blik iPhone app, set an address and time to check actual provider availability and send a request. During launch, a service may have no providers. Web browsing does not send a booking request.

Question 2

When am I charged?

Accepted Answer

A card is authorised at request and charged after a provider accepts. Payout follows customer confirmation or 72 hours after completion if no booking dispute is open. Use Report a problem on the completed booking before release; general user reporting does not freeze payment.

Question 3

How do I cancel a booking?

Accepted Answer

Open the order and tap Cancel. Before acceptance, cancellation releases the authorisation. After acceptance, an eligible cancellation refunds captured payment. If work has started, contact support or use the booking dispute flow; a refund is not automatic.

Question 4

How do I become a Blik provider (Bliker)?

Accepted Answer

Create an account with name, email and password, verify email, and submit services and coverage area. No SIN, bank details or documents are needed for initial signup. A profile review in principle can precede later identity, insurance, Stripe, applicable tax and confirmed-schedule activation checks. The standard service fee is 15%; actual request payouts reflect the applicable rate.

Question 5

Where does Blik operate?

Accepted Answer

Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada — including North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Pickering and Ajax.
